================================================================ Welcome to the Jefferson Parents And Teachers Announcement List ================================================================ This mailing list is to inform parents, teachers, and staff of Jefferson Elementary School about upcoming events, activities, and meetings for Jefferson School and JPAT association. In the case of an emergency, the email list will serve as another source of communications to provide information for parents. The email list is an attempt to reduce the amount of paper used and money spent to print information, which is sent home with students. Email is an effective, direct form of communication with the parents of Jefferson Elementary School. The jpat-announce list is moderated, meaning all messages are reviewed before they are sent to the mailing list. This allows us to filter spam and unauthorized email, whose subject matter may not be relevant to Jefferson Elementary School activities. Email addresses on the mailing list are private and will be protected. Subscribing to JPAT-Announce
Subscribe to JPAT-Announce by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
