As we update the Email system please note that: - The "Cut-Over" time to the new servers is scheduled for approximately 6pm Tuesday evening - This is an update to the Zimbra / Edgewave systems that you are familiar with - You will be able to connect to and use the new servers immediately - Your current password will remain the same - All of your messages and contacts on the email server (what you see with webmail) will be moved to the new system - New email messages will begin appearing on the new server immediately, along with most of your message history. - You may notice that some recent messages are not immediately in your inbox. These messages have arrived between our last "sync" of your mailbox and the final migration. They will be transferred to the new servers over the course of the evening. Some large mailboxes may take longer for these messages to appear. - Emails sent to you will not be lost while we move services - You will log into your email from the same location as always from our website, or your favorite email program - Changing email account passwords and spam filter settings couldn't be easier, and you can access those through our new App Portal interface (from our website) - Your Edgewave/GoSecure Spam Daily Digest is now called "Greymail." This is the same spam-scanning service that you are used to, just with a different name. - Your contact information, as it exists in Webmail, will migrate to the new server. - You may see a few duplicate emails as a result of the update if you use POP in an email client; if you do, you can simply delete these emails. Our goal is to be able to provide you with the best possible support. If you have any questions about this update, you can view our FAQ and settings from the Webmail login page, or by contacting our support center anytime, 24/7: 1-800-731-4871 Email ID: WKDAW3 Sincerely, Gary Held Director of Operations PEAK Internet www.peakinternet.com -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
