I cannot really substitute another symbol because this is the recognized symbol for material density. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">With earlier MacOS versions, there was a wonderful character table with Greek symbols, and music, and math, and on and on and on. One could get beautifully lost in that table. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">With Yosemite, it is absolute BLAHH! Yes, some math symbols, but the Greek and other stuff seems to be missing.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I looked at the Keyboard table and there are a few Greek characters (mu, omega, beta, alpha, for example), but no rho. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">How can I get the symbol I need?
