We need to make a decision about our webmaster.  There is no exact language in the bylaws regarding this position.  The only language close states:

Section I	Standing Committees

1.	Standing committee Chairpersons are appointed by the President with the Executive Board approval unless otherwise stated by the Bylaws.
  
This isn't really a committee but it is the closest language there is.  So it appears I can appoint with the Board's approval.  It does not say anything about an official vote.  So I am suggesting we appoint the person Sue has found for us for the rest of the year.  

So does anyone have any objections to the new webmaster Sue has found?  Please answer back by tomorrow - Thursday evening so I can give the word to Sue.
