[Osta-board] Agenda for retreat

I have attached a tentative retreat agenda.  Nothing is set in stone and I would like some input.  Did I miss anything?  Should we do some things in a different order?

Some people have already signed up for committees.  If you wish to choose one in advance of the retreat, please let me know.
