[Osta-board] addresses for next TOST

Since I will need to create a completely new file for addresses of board members and officers please let me know if what you would like printed in the Nov. issue.

I will especially need info for new officers or anyone not currently on the list.

I know some of you have changed emails or mailing addresses, so please send those changes that need to be in TOST.
