[Osta-board] Other information needed for retreat

What time do you anticipate arriving?  That will give me an idea of when 
to expect you so we can look for you. Scott and I have been able to get 
1/2 day professional day so we will be there by 5ish.  Please free to 
grab something for dinner and join us.  Can we pick anyone up along the 
way?
