[Osta-board] Resignation

After much careful consideration I am tendering my resignation as secretary for OSTA. I did not make this decision lightly, as I do not make a habit of leaving my obligations, however this will allow the current needs of OSTA leadership and board to be better met.

All personal information I have held for banking purposes will be destroyed. All records of minutes have been posted to the Google site.

I will still be serving on the Portland Planning Committee for NSTA. See you there :)
