[Osta-board] Oregon Science Leaders Meeting

Good afternoon!  As I mentioned at the OSTA Board meeting, the Oregon
Science Leaders team formed out of a desire to keep TOSAs and science
specialists connected as we embark on the implementation of NGSS (we are
open to all educators!).  During 2014-15, the team met to get connected
with each other and the work happening in our various districts.  This
year, we are transitioning to a working group working on an "Elementary
Principals' NGSS Playbook."
