[Osta-board] Financial Documents now available for tomorrow's OSTA Board Meeting

Hello OSTA Board Members,

The statements of financial position, financial activity and the proposed
CY2017 budget documents are now available and linked to the agenda

As the budget will require an action item, it is important that you review
these documents prior to the meeting.  You will be briefed on the other
items related to the treasurer's report as they are in progress, and not
ready for actionable items at this time.

and test your audio settings, as well as to learn more about how to use
your control panel or "grab tab," *in particular the mute/unmute and chat
features*.  We will not be using webcams as that tends to slow the system
down.
