[Osta-board] OSTA Conference distribution by city

My pre-service group was informed. and reminded. I know at least one has
registered.
Our being on quarters instead of semesters always messes with OSTAs
conference timing.
My students - I meet them for the first time the last week of September.
By then they already have plans for family or work in early October on the
weekend.
Or they might have a Saturday class and cannot miss it.

I will remind them again at our next class on Wednesday.
