My name is Jodie Gates and I am a senior at Whitman College in Walla

Walla, but am originally from Hood River. The environmental studies

department at Whitman is taking a field trip to the Gorge to study

environmental issues, and we are hoping to talk to an expert in the

Condit Dam situation. I saw your name as one of the contacts for the

White Salmon Restoration.

We will be in Hood River on October 13-15. Do you know of anyone in the

area, or yourself, who would be interested in meeting with us?
