[White-water] Obstacle on Mill City To Mehama, N. Santiam

There is a wrapped tandem canoe at Coffin Rock on the N. Santiam, Mill City to Mehama run. I'm not sure whether the normal route left of the rock is still open or not--I haven't seen the canoe personally, just heard about it. Efforts are being made to remove the canoe and I'll try to post a message when it's gone. For now, be sure to eddy out before the canoe (which should be visible from upstream) before trying to run this rapid. An even safer option is to move to the channel left of the island and run that (though it's pretty bony at this level).
