Subject: Calm and quiet water paddling
I enjoy the adventures of the white water die-hards. And the posting of
the events/rendezvous.

Other than the pool sessions info, Rogue and the last Willamette River
outing to raise river awareness, I don't come across paddling adventures
(maybe they are not) on lakes and slow rivers.

Are there any group paddles on the Scappoose Bay out to the quiet parts of
Sauvie Island; sections of the Clackamas or Sandy, Willamette Oak Bottom, or
Vancouver Lake? Or, farther away, Klamath Canoe Trail and all the great
rivers between north and south, coast central and east?

By the way, I only joined okcc. Are there other groups/newsletters I've to
subscribe to?

Thanks.

Frank
