Hello Lynda and OSTA Board members,

       F.J. Cutting, our 41st OSTA President (1998-99 ) broke her back  
in a painful fall this week while caring for a friend in Tennessee.    
She is finally home in Mississippi now but will be out of circulation  
for some time.  She would appreciate hearing from any of her former  
Oregon colleagues and friends. Her email address is  RCutting
