Hi Jodie,
The files for everything, the membership form, the layout, and
everything that Heidi has done should be on the flash drive that she
has sent. You should have received it today in the mail.

Now that everything is being handled electronically, you should
use a print shop that you can communicate with most efficiently. If
there is no one in Athena or nearby who does this kind of stuff, I can
help you find one in the Portland area. In order to use our OSTA bulk
mail protocols, the TOST has always needed to be mailed out at the
main downtown Portland post office.
Laserquick gave me a pretty good quote last Spring for printing,
labeling, and bulk mailing. My ACS group uses another downtown
printer to do the same thing. Check around your area. You need to
make it as easy and efficient as you can for yourself !

Terry Heaton has been our printer for the past 20 years. He
will still do it, and we are used to his operations. Heidi did have
some communication problems with regard to her final few issues. I
don't know whether it was a software or formatting issue.

Do open that flash drive asap and see how compatible Heidi's
forms and formats are with your computer. Use as much of her stuff
as you can for your first issues! I'll send you a package of
journals from other states for you to look over and possibly find
material to use.

Get out your whip to use on our board members. They need to be
sending you the good news from their districts and from their friends
for EVERY ISSUE !

Thank you for all that you do!
         Best wishes, Bernie
