[Osta-board] Ballots are in the mail

Dear board members,

      Rachel's ballots went into the mail this morning.  Please vote  
and return the ballot to her asap.  Her address is on the ballot.

      Encourage all of your colleagues and OSTA members in your region  
to respond to that mailing.  A membership renewal form was included  
for those who may not come to Coos Bay.  A Coos Bay conference  
registration form was also included to encourage everyone to come to  
Coos Bay where the election results will be announced!
