I'm sure we could give some of the books away. Let me check with my colleagues. One is a bird watcher and may know how many we should probably obtain.

Hello Phil,

I'm driving a vanload of DEQ give away lab equipment down to the OSTA Fall Conference in Coos Bay next week. If we get an OK and a number from conference Chair Lynda Sanders, it might be possible to move some of them out to science teachers in the southern part of the state.

Hopefully, Lynda will respond to this and your email today.

Thank you for all that you do for science education in Oregon!

Best wishes, Bernie Carlsen OSTA Executive Director
