Of course I would like to work on the budget committee Friday night. I would like to reserve Saturday for Alan and myself to work on things together So I don’t plan to work on a team that day.

I will be sending several e-mails today about the retreat.  In this email are some things I still need from you.  I need reports and workgroup requests.  

1.  Reports - all reports need to be in at least a week before the retreat to give everyone a chance to read the reports before the reatreat.  We have a lot to do at the retreat so this will help move things along and for people to think of questions if they have any.

I only have reports from the following people:

Lori, Sherri, Holly, and Carol.

2. Work Group wishes - I also still need your workgroup requests.  I would like them this weekend so I can finalize the groups.  I have had requests from Lori, Sherri, Cora, and Sue.

Friday night choices: Bylaws, Budget, Membership Retention/Recruitment

Saturday choices: STEM, 2013 NSTA, Communication

Additional Information

Meals will be provided Saturday (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and Sunday (breakfast).

Make sure to bring:

 * Sleeping bag or bedding

 * Towel/washcloth

 * pillow

There will be bar soap so bring anything else you need.

Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are provided but we encourage everyone to bring their favorite snacks to share.

Dress warm and in layers.  It is not a far walk to the dining hall but you never know what the weather will be like.
