[Osta-board] Executive Director's Report

Good windy, wet, and wild afternoon, board members,

       Attached is the Executive Director's Report.  I trust that it  
will not be blown away in Coos Bay or buried in snow in Pendleton and  
Hood River.

       It's just wet in Portland.  Drive safely,(keep your hood on,  
Chris), and dress in layers!  ;-)

       Thank you for all that you do for science education!
