[Osta-board] Looking for Middle School NGSS Resources

Hi Dara, given that you're also looking for resources for PD, I would
suggest including links to Paul Andersen's (Bozeman Science) YouTube series
<http://www.bozemanscience.com/next-generation-science-standards/> on
NGSS.  He breaks each DCI, practice, and crosscutting concept down into
short engaging videos.  We have also distributed the "Venn diagram" to our
teachers and principals (see attached).  There are a wealth of NSTA and
other journal resources that can help -- one that I've been reading at the
middle level is "The Practice of Critical Discourse in Science Classrooms"
by Huff and Bybee (Science Scope, Summer 2013, also attached).
