[Osta-board] Conference Updates

Hello Colleagues,

It's getting down to the wire and the Bend Conference team will need some
help from the board. Here are the tasks that volunteers are needed for

Please place your name somewhere in this schedule to help out with the
conference.

Please go ahead and start Tweeting now to your followers about the
conference using the hashtag* #OSTA15* and* @OrSciTchr*.  We would like to
get the conversations going now, and generate some excitement for the
conference, and getting more people to engage and even register to attend
the conference.

Our Conference App <http://j2njwj.m.attendify.com/#> has a section that
will follow both our Twitter feed and #OSTA15.  If you check that, you'll
see that a few of us have started (Thanks Britten!).  Bill Badders is in
the state and has started Tweeting about the conference.

add them to your personal schedule using the app.

For those of you who will not be able to make the board orientation
meeting, please know that a printed handbook and other materials will be
passed out at that time.  Please see me during the conference to pick yours
