[Osta-board] Conference Update

Hello Colleagues,

The conference team is in hyperdrive right now.

Emily Miller and Joe Krajcik arrived yesterday and will be working with the
Bend-La Pine teachers this morning, and the OSTA Workshop teachers this
afternoon.  Bill Badders has been hiking his way around Oregon and found
his way to Bend last night as well.

Early Registration will be at McMenamin's Old St. Francis School starting
at 5pm. You may pick up your registration materials and meet our special
guests, the join us for happy hour.

*Registration starts at 7:30am Saturday in the Science Building lobby at
COCC*. Your help will be appreciated to hand out materials and check
attendees in.  Here's the schedule

of other tasks that you can help with. Please place your name where people
are needed.

Please help to drum up excitement and interest in the conference by
Tweeting about your travels to the conference. There will be many
interesting scientific observations to share. During the conference,
continue the conversation commenting on interesting and/or exciting finds
and ideas to share. Include photos as well. Use the hashtag #OSTA15

Financial documents and minutes from the last meeting have been added to
the agenda
