[Osta-board] OSTA conference schedule for Board Members

Thank you for the update.

I notice the exhibitor set-up time in the morning doesn't have a sign-in, and the afternoon times are during the board meeting. Maybe some of the student volunteers could help exhibitors in the afternoon?

Subject: [Osta-board] OSTA conference schedule for Board Members

Hello OSTA board members,

I wanted to send out a detailed schedule of events for our conference that is happening next week! You will see that there are still many opportunities for you to help us out - and we do really depend on you need you to help us make this a successful conference. See yellow highlights for TO DOs that you can help with!

The highlights for the conference are:

  * Thursday, October 12: Awards dinner at OMSI. Board members should be there if it is at all possible to support our award winning teachers and their families. Please register yourself if you have not already done so.
  * Friday, October 13: OSTA Board Meeting. Workshops and early registration with happy hour day. Help is needed to set up registration and bookstore. We would like your attendance at the happy hour as well to honor our attendees and our exhibitors.
  * Saturday, October 14th: Conference. Help needed all day. See schedule for specific tasks that you can help with.

Here is link to schedule, maps, etc.<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ji9aQ9NdngA9ZDeLaOOKVOm-1vA1_yWMJiwdrsZcXr4/edit> and I am also copying it below
