[White-water] Dry Tops

Hi,

Thank you to everyone that's responded. I much appreciate the time you all
took to help me. It appears that Kokatat is the overall favorite. I did get
one positive response for NRS dry tops. I'd tried to buy an NRS top once,
but could barely get the large over my shoulders with a t-shirt on, so I
had to send it back.
