[White-water] Wood hazard: Middle Fork Willamette

There is a downed tree spanning the entire main channel of the Middle 
Fork Willamette River near Black Canyon.  A left channel is runnable by 
kayaks.

There's a warning sign up at Greenwaters Recreation Site just west of 
Oakridge, but if you put in closer to the dam, you might not see the 
sign.  The posting date of the sign was 22 September.  See:

for whatever information they have currently.
