According to the money I have taken in, we have 21 people, not including those who Cheryl will host. I can't find an email from her that details how many people will be there for awards. Does anybody else have an email from Cheryl that gives that information?

Sorry I haven't responded to the recent e-mails.  Came home last night 
around 8 then ate dinner and fell asleep. Then headed to bed.  Woke up 
this morning, went and excercised, had lunch and fell asleep again. 
Exhaustion!!!!

Okay so time to make comments on several items:

1. Who is Bob and who does he represent?  If he is sponsoring part of 
the conference we can certainly see about getting him on a poster like 
we are for the others who donated money - Vernier, CH2M Hill, Vend West.

2. Color or not to Color:  I would say Vernier is a definite and which 
ever other pages you think are warrented Bernie and Mike.

3.  I am going to look over the book after sending this e-mail.

4.  Bernie - How many exibitors need electricity?  We can't put tape on 
the floor so if we have to cover powercords so people won't trip the 
custodian needs to know how many rugs we may need.

5.  Is 50 tables enough?  The district is sending 50 and we have 12 more 
reserved from a church but if we only need the 50 then we should release 
the ones at the church.

6.  On another note - My conference group met this week again.  We will 
have decorations from the elementary school for lunch.

7.  In Monday's eTOST I will be sure to indicate that the rate for 5 or 
more people is still good.

8.  I need someone to give me a current count for dinner.  I have the 
note from Cora and Cheryl but who else has registered and paid for the 
dinner?  I forgot that we also arranged for appetizers to begin at 4:00. 
So people will be able to enjoy themselves while we wait for dinner.  We 
have a short presentation by our geologist at the function.
